Zwart Does It Again
You might remember the video we posted back in March of Jeff Zwart destroying the Time Attack 2WD class record at Pike’s Peak in a GT3 Cup car (the first film can be found here). Its been a year since and he did it again. This time shattering his own record by a jaw-dropping 24 seconds in an all new GT2 RS.
Jeff, a seven-time Pikes Peak champion, recognized driver, photographer, writer and overall jack of all trades; drove his GT2 RS from Southern Cali to Pikes Peak. That’s right; unlike most competitors he didn’t tow his car. He picked up the 911 GT2 RS at Porsche Motorsport North America in Santa Ana, CA, and drove all 1,132 miles to the event in Colorado.
Recognized filmmaker Will Roegge followed him on his road trip and released the second part of his film series about Jeff Zwart.
