As State of Stance continues to grow you will start to see more and more features on the site. These features will range from full race cars with sik track stance all the way to complete street cars with sik hardpark’d stance. Rest assured that we will only bring you features of cars that will make you want to just stare at the pictures over and over again.
This car is one of those cars; sitting right in the middle of the spectrum. Not quite a full race car, but far from a daily driver. This 1997 15th Anniversary Edition Toyota Supra is a perfect balance. Coated in Toyota’s rare Jewel Green, every panel is immaculately perfect. The body of this GT car, brought closer to the ground via Tein coilovers, hugs a massive set of CCW Classics in a custom matte gunmetal finish with the slightest hint of gold. These rollers are a jaw dropping 18×10.5 up front and 18×12 in the rear.
When I mention that the cars we feature will be complete, this one is no different. Don’t be fooled by the mounds of money spent on the exterior of the car; under the hood and inside the cockpit the same build detail has been shown. Pop the hood and you’ll find an engine bay so clean it will make you crawl up in a corner and cry when you think about yours. You’ll find yourself staring at your reflection in every polished piece of this fully built 2JZ. After you’ve snapped from the trance of the fully polished SUPRA-sized HKS T51SPL turbo, you can open the door and take a seat in the cockpit.
True to the rest of the build, even in the interior, every detail was looked at methodically. To keep the car clean, the OEM tan carpet was swapped in favor of black. Two ubber gorgeous Bride Gias incase you in Andromeda painted glory while you grip the Personal suede steering wheel tightly as the near 1000 horsepower of this monster will be hard to control. Thank heavens for 275 front and 315 rear rubber!!!
The asphalt is not the only avenue that this green goblin is eating up. Just after its debut in early ’09, owner Milton Rey has collected the Best MKIV Supra award at the Lexus/Supra Meet&Greet. This year he snagged the Best Toyota award at Remix Miami and most recently the Best of Show award at HIN/Nopi Miami Beach. And its no surprise, just look the spec sheet:

In life you come across rare individuals who actually care about how they modify a car. Even the smallest details to these individuals are long drawn out choices.
Milton is one of them. This car does not shock me at all. I would expect nothing less than perfection from someone like him. Everyone can sit and look at this car and just completely think its awesome but in Milton’s eye’s it’s just the way it should be done.
I have known you for a long time and when I first say this car I told myself that looks like something Milton would have, little did I know it was your car.
Sit back, enjoy the sun and realize that the caliber of cars that come from your mind are far superior than most can dream of. Hope to show you what I have in the stable when I am done brother. Take care and keep away from the sprinklers in your community.
Milton’s car is EPIC!Best of show HIN Miami 2010! Nice rig shot btw 🙂
Ralphy, thanks for the kind words. Out of all the cars I’ve ever modified that I’ve ever owned that have come from a dealership showroom, from the Accord, 350Z, IS350, G37, C63 AMG, etc…this Supra of mines is the first ever “used” car I’ve ever bought and modified, thus being the most precious of them all.
Ever since I laid my eyes on the very first Supra I ever saw in the streets back in 93’in my high school days, I said to myself that one day I will own one. I didn’t think it would take me 16yrs later to achieve that being that I always bought new cars every other 2 years, lol.
But enough was enough…A little over a year ago I found this Supra up in Illinois. I fell in love with it when I first saw it for sale. I couldn’t resist and let this one go away.
Ever since my purchase I’ve added and changed quite of bunch of things on the car from what you meantioned it Ralphy, “through my eyes” knowing how I am when it comes to modding cars, resulting in so many tons of compliments everywhere I go and respect from bikers left and right, especially on the higway 😉 It’s incredible!!!
But thank God mostly that I’ve met my match with my fiance that loves cars herself and supports me through everything I’ve so far done to the car without any complaints and bitching about the amount of money spent that goes into modding and maintaining such a legend of a vehicle.
Oh and I can’t forget about my good friend Doug from FabShopMiami that is the only person that I can trust working on my car. He’s brought the car back to life from when it was down on a few occasions and has helped give me so much advice on the car coming from him that actually owns a Supra himself. And I thank him so much for helping me out when I’ve needed it.
Milton…I am impressed once again. Total package, well done!
Milton car is simply fresh. Cleanest supra ive seen till this day
