It’s a given that we here at State of Stance love cars, girls, culture and FOOD! So we had to share this Food Truck Frenzy with you.
This past Friday marked the 2nd official Food Truck Friday for Biscayne. On any given Friday in parking lot C on 13th Street and Biscayne Blvd you will find a collection of food trucks that will make you salivate. Now of course this is not just a glutinous wet dream of great food, this is after all Miami. So don’t be surprised if while eating your lunch from your favorite food truck you happen to also be enjoying music, Latin culture, scenery and weather that is the DNA of the Miami lifestyle.

While I have my favorites from that list, I couldn’t make it down there so our downtown correspondent Tricia Takanawa… err Stephanie Ellen… was the 1st to jump on the opportunity to cover this culinary phenomenon. So off she went with a camera, a notepad and an appetite. This is what she brought back (everything but leftovers).
