I’ve been a member of the S2000 community for over eight years, having owned two S2000s and attending endless community functions, however every once in a while I come across an S2000 that makes me just say; wow!
Josh Alderman’s AP2 is one of those cars. I had seen it a dozen times on the forums, as he is a very active member of the community. Yet the moment I saw it in person, I was thrown back. It truly is one of those cars that must be appreciated in person. I only hope the shots I took do the car some justice. This truly is a rolling piece of art.
Josh first found a passion for Mugen parts when he got his hands on the EK Mugen catalogue. “Nobody really saw stuff like that back then”, he says. So it was only natural that when he took possession of this gorgeous yellow AP2 that it would soon be “Mugenized”.
Beyond the Mugen parts, he has put this masterpiece together with some of the most desired parts on the market. Looking over the car in detail, you can’t help but notice part after part, after part. He truly did not leave any stone unturned.
When it comes to his stance, Josh is the very lucky owner of two sets of the most sought after, rare wheels in the JDM Honda Camp. He owns a set of Mugen M7s and the set of the Mugen MF10s that you see here; both in NSX specs.
haha nice, i just saw his car a couple of weeks ago, i hadnt seen him or his car in months. Super cool dude and that car is spectacular.
